abcFolio (“Service”) and abcFolio.com (“Site”) are owned by Vascom, Roselle, Illinois (“Owner”). By using the Service and/or the Site you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The terms of this Policy form part of the Terms of Use that govern this website and its use.

Information Collection

1. When you register to use the Service, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address and password. 2. When you request support we may collect information about the nature of your problem and we may log additional information about system usage in order to help you. 3. When you visit the Site we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a packet of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. We use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not password). 4. When you use Service and/or Site, you may upload photos, graphics and information (“User Content”) as defined in the abcFolio Terms of Use. You post User Content on the Site at your own risk. For example, although you may set album privacy options that limit access to your album, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. Also, you understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content.

Under Age 13

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for abcFolio or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on abcFolio. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us via email.

Information Use

1. When you register and create a website using the Service your name and/or business name, logo, email and other information you select to publish are displayed to others. 2. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding updates or new services offered by abcFolio that we think you may find beneficial. We may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

You choose the information you display on your website created using abcFolio tools. We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in limited circumstances where we believe such sharing is (i) reasonably necessary to offer the service, (ii) legally required or, (iii) permitted by you. For example: 1. We may provide information to service providers to help us bring you the services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties for services such as hosting the Service or for processing payments for products or services. The Site may contain links to other websites. We do not review or monitor any websites linked from abcFolio site and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any such linked web sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us.

Information Changes or Removal

Access and control over personal information on abcFolio is readily available on the Profile page. abcFolio users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. You acknowledge that even after discontinuing subscription with abcFolio your information may persist in backup copies.

Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions

Your use of the Service and/or the Site, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as the Terms of Use posted on abcFolio.com. By using the Service and/or the Site, you are consenting to have your personal data processed in the United States. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time.
